Pull out all the stops at your pizza night with our classic Prosciutto & Mozzarella. This simple yet delicious combination of salty prosciutto and creamy mozzarella is the perfect treat.

Ingredients

  • 2 125g balls italian buffalo mozzarella, sliced
  • 6 thin slices prosciutto
  • 15 g of basil leaves, torn
  • 1 drizzle of napolina olive oil
  • 1 tomato & herb pizza topping
  • 2 napolina pizza bases

Method

  1. Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 220°c / 200°c Fan / Gas Mark 7.
  2. Step 2

    Spread the pizza topping evenly onto the bases, then scatter with the mozzarella slices.
  3. Step 3

    Place the pizzas directly on the top shelf of the oven with a baking tray underneath. Cook for 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
  4. Step 4

    Remove from the oven and set aside for a few minutes before arranging the prosciutto slices and basil leaves on top.
  5. Step 5

    Drizzle with olive oil to serve.
