Ingredients
- 2 125g balls italian buffalo mozzarella, sliced
- 6 thin slices prosciutto
- 15 g of basil leaves, torn
- 1 drizzle of napolina olive oil
- 1 tomato & herb pizza topping
- 2 napolina pizza bases
Method
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 220°c / 200°c Fan / Gas Mark 7.Step 2
Spread the pizza topping evenly onto the bases, then scatter with the mozzarella slices.Step 3
Place the pizzas directly on the top shelf of the oven with a baking tray underneath. Cook for 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted.Step 4
Remove from the oven and set aside for a few minutes before arranging the prosciutto slices and basil leaves on top.Step 5
Drizzle with olive oil to serve.
