Ingredients

  • 2 tsps of butter, softened
  • 1 tsp of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of sweet chilli sauce
  • 150 g of raw large king prawns
  • 4 slices of hovisⓡ seeded batch
  • 50 g of rocket
  • 1 avocado, diced

Method

  1. Step 1

    To cook, coat the king prawns in the sweet chilli sauce with the olive oil. Heat a frying pan to a medium heat and fry the prawns gently for 2-3 minutes or until they are pink and cooked through.
  2. Step 2

    Meanwhile, butter 2 slices of HovisⓇ Seeded Batch bread and then layer up the prawns and diced avocado.
  3. Step 3

    Drizzle any leftover chilli sauce over each sandwich and then top with the rocket leaves and the other slice of bread. Cut in half and serve immediately.
