Ingredients

  • 170 ml of ginger beer
  • 1 handful of ice
  • 57 ml of auchentoshan whiskey
  • 1 sprig of rosemary
  • 114 ml of pomegranate juice
  • 1 handful of pomegranate seeds

Method

  • Step 1

    Fill a glass tankard with ice

  • Step 2

    Add the Whiskey and Pomegranate juice, stir to combine

  • Step 3

    Top with ginger beer

  • Step 4

    Garnish with rosemary sprigs and pomegranate seeds if desired
