
Pistachio Cream

Ingredients
- 150g Pistachio Butter (see previous recipe)
- 180g Whole Milk
- 30g Butter
- 150g White Chocolate
- 1 tablespoon Icing Sugar
Method
Step 1
Make Pistachio Butter from our previous 'Trending on Social' recipe.Step 2
In a blender, combine 150g Pistachio Butter with half the icing sugar and 50g of the milk. Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides of the blender as needed.Step 3
In a separate saucepan, gently heat the remaining milk, sugar, and white chocolate until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth.Step 4
Pour the warm milk mixture into the blender with the pistachio butter mixture. Blend until completely smooth and combined.Step 5
For extra smooth pistachio cream, pour the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve, pressing the pulp with the back of a spoon to extract as much cream as possible. Discard the remaining pulp.Step 6
Pour the collected pistachio cream into an airtight jar and refrigerate until needed.Step 7
Spread on toast, mix into yoghurt, or blend into iced coffee and enjoy.
