Ingredients
- 300g peeled Pistachios
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon neutral oil (e.g. Groundnut oil)
Method
Step 1
Add 300g of peeled Pistachios into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.Step 2
To start off with, it will go all powdery like breadcrumbs but keep blending after a while it will start to get smooth and slightly oily looking.Step 3
Add a pinch of salt and a tablespoon of a neutral oil (I used Groundnut oil) and keep blending to a smooth consistency.Step 4
Store in a clean sterilised jar.
