As sweet as sugar cane with the kick of the Caribbean, this all-time favourite is a truly chilled out cocktail – and has all the ingredients of a perfect party including Malibu, lime, Pineapple juice and coconut milk. Time and servings

Ingredients
- 10 ml of lime juice
- 50 ml of coconut milk
- 50 ml of malibu
- 1 large handful of ice
- 75 ml of pineapple juice
Method
Step 1
Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker and add ice.Step 2
Shake well and strain into a tall glass with some more ice.Step 3
Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
