Patatas Bravas

Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 400 g of chopped tomato
- 225 g of chorizo
- 1 tsp of smoked paprika
- 0.5 tsp of ground cumin
- 1 tbsp of tomato purée
- 2 cloves of garlic
Method
Step 1
Warm a large non-stick frying pan over a medium heat. Add the sliced chorizo and cook for 2 minutes, then stir in the onion and cook for another 3-4 minutes, until almost softened. Add the potatoes and cook for 3 minutes, before stirring in the garlic, spices, tomato purée; cook for a minute. Pour in the chopped tomatoes, stir well, then bring to the boil. Simmer for 4-5 minutes until thickened.Step 2
Serve as a side dish or with other tapas-style selections.
