Ingredients
- 40 g of piccolo star pasta
- 20 g of cheddar cheese, grated
- 50 g of frozen or fresh broccoli florets
- 25 g of full fat yoghurt
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
Method
Step 1
In a pan of boiling water cook the pasta according to packet instructions.Step 2
While the pasta is cooking steam the broccoli for around 5 minutes until cooked through. Remove from the steamer and refresh under cold water. In a blender or in a bowl with a stick blender, add the broccoli, yoghurt, garlic and cheese and blend until it is a smooth sauce.Step 3
Once the pasta is cooked, drain and mix with the sauce.
