Ingredients

  • 250 ml of prosecco
  • 2 passion fruits
  • 2 tsp of cointreau

Method

  1. Step 1

    Cut each passion fruit in half and over a sieve resting on a bowl, scoop out the inside using a teaspoon. Push the pulp into the sieve to squeeze out as much liquid as possible.
  2. Step 2

    Spoon this juice into the bottom of each glass.
  3. Step 3

    Add a teaspoon of Cointreau.
  4. Step 4

    Carefully pour in the prosecco with the glass on a slant. Take it slow or you’ll have passion fruit bubbles everywhere!
