Ingredients
- 1 handful of blueberries
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- 0.5 banana
- 3 tablespoons of alpro simply plain plant-based alternative to yogurt
- 100 ml of alpro oat drink
- 50 g of rolled porridge oats
Method
Step 1
The night before serving stir the cinnamon, Oat drink and Porridge Oats together.Step 2
The next day, loosen with a little more Oat drink if needed. Top with the yogurt alternative with banana and fresh fruit of your choice as well as any seeds or nuts.
