No-Cook Festive Fudge

This is easy to make and a great festive treat that requires zero cooking.Time and servings

Ingredients
- 95 g of hundreds and thousands
- 800 g of icing sugar
- 200 g of condensed milk
- 200 g of butter
Method
Step 1
Place the butter in a large mixing bowl and beat in the condensed milk.Step 2
Gradually sift the icing sugar, beating well after each addition. After you've added all the sugar and it has been mixed in, spoon into a 23cm square tin or a silicon tray.Step 3
Press our chosen sprinkles on top and chill overnight. Remove from the tin and cut into 80 small squares.Step 4
Pack into cellophane bags. Tie with a label and keep chilled for up to two weeks.
