New York-style Pastrami Bagel

Ingredients
- 6 whole of bagels
- 1 bag of spinach, rocket and red chard
- 4 slices of edam cheese
- 1 small of cucumber, sliced
- 4 tbsp of piccallili
- 4 tbsp of cream cheese
- 12 slices of pastrami
Method
Step 1
Cut the bagels in half and toast them lightly under the grill.Step 2
Spread the bottom half of each bagel with cream cheese. Top with piccalilli and a handful of salad leaves.Step 3
Lay a slice of cheese over the salad and top with plenty of pastrami, some cucumber and onion. Season lightly and finish by adding the bagel lid.
