Ingredients
- 25 g of plain chocolate
- 8 oranges
- 300 g of milk chocolate
- 1 kg of greek style yogurt
- 2 packs of orange jelly
Method
Step 1
Cut the tops off each orange and, using a a teaspoon scoop out the centre so you are left with the orange shells. Do this over a bowl as they will be very juicy. Turn them upside down onto a double layer of kitchen paper and allow to drain thoroughly. Once drained, if you wish, carefully cut out eyes, nose and a mouth using a small sharp knife.Step 2
Pass the orange pulp through a sieve reserving the juice. Make the juice up to 300ml with water, then place in a pan with the jelly cubes. Heat until the jelly melts and then remove from the heat and whisk in the yogurt.Step 3
Break the chocolate into small squares and melt in a bowl over a pan of simmering water until smooth. Beat into the orange yogurt mixture then chill for 2 hours.Step 4
Remove from the fridge and beat with electric beaters for 1 minute. Pile into the hollowed-out orange shells, topping with grated plain chocolate for hair if desired and then return to the fridge until ready to serve.
