  • 125ml soda water
  • 2 tbsp Elderflower Cordial
  • Ice
  • Edible flowers (optional)

Method

2 steps

  1. Step 1

    Stir all ingredients (except the ice and edible flowers) together in a large pitcher, adjusting elderflower cordial amounts for desired sweetness.

  2. Step 2

    Pour into glasses filled with ice, decorate with edible flowers and serve.
