A great way to mix up your lunch menu, tuck into this super speedy recipe for Morrocan Style Lamb Flatbreads, ready in just 15 minutes. Time and servings

Ingredients
- 1 cucumber
- 200 g of feta
- 200 g of tzatziki sauce
- 2 lamb leg steaks
- 6 plain flatbreads
Method
Step 1
Wash your cucumber and using a peeler, slice long, thin strips.Step 2
Fry your lamb steaks in a pan on a medium heat, 2-3 minutes each side, then cover and leave to rest for 5 minutes.Step 3
Meanwhile set you grill to 180 degrees, flick your flatbreads with a little water and toast for 1-2 minutes each side.Step 4
Slice the now rested lamb thinly.Step 5
Serve your flatbreads on a plate together with the lamb and cucumber and crumble feta over the top. Serve with Tzatziki Sauce and enjoy.
