Ingredients

  • 100 g of caster sugar
  • 100 ml of white rum
  • 15 g of fresh mint
  • 6 large of limes

Method

  • Step 1

    Place the lime juice in a jug with the rum and sugar, stir well until the sugar has dissolved, then make up to 800ml with cold water.

  • Step 2

    Pop some mint leaves in each of the moulds then pour the lime mixture over. Add a lolly stick and freeze for 4 hours or overnight.
