This zingy Mint & Chilli Chutney is the ideal addition to any barbecue or grilled dish. Easy to make and sure to be a crowd-pleaser.Time and servings

Ingredients
- 1 tsp chipotle paste
- Handful of fresh mint
- Handful of fresh coriander
- 200g Greek style yogurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 green chillies
Method
Step 1
In a blender, add in the mint, coriander, lemon juice, salt and green chilli and blitz together. Add the yogurt and chipotle paste to a bowl and mix it with the mint mixture. That’s the mint and coriander chutney ready.Step 2
In a blender, combine the mint leaves, coriander leaves, lemon juice, salt, and green chillies.Step 3
Blend the ingredients together until you have a smooth, vibrant green sauce.Step 4
In a separate bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and chipotle paste.Step 5
Gradually stir the blended herb mixture into the yogurt and chipotle paste until everything is well combined.Step 6
Taste the chutney and adjust the seasoning with salt and lemon juice as needed.
