Ingredients
- 3 sprigs of mint
- 600 ml of double cream
- 8 meringue nests
- 1 drizzle of honey
- 200 g of blueberries
- 200 g of white chocolate
- 300 g of strawberries
Method
Step 1
Arrange the meringue nests onto a serving board in a wreath shape. Drizzle melted white chocolate over to set the meringue nests in their place.Step 2
Whisk 600ml cream into soft peaks and spread this over the wreath (only do this within 20 minutes of serving)Step 3
Decorate the wreath with mixed berries.Step 4
Garnish with mint leaves and a drizzle of honey.Step 5
Serve and enjoy.
