Ingredients

  • 200 g of minced pork
  • 1 red onion, finely sliced
  • 1 tzatziki pot, spoon onto flatbread as desired
  • 4 flatbreads
  • 1 red chilli, finely chopped
  • 2 pinches of salt and pepper, alter to taste
  • 50 g of breadcrumbs
  • 0.5 tsp of ground cumin
  • 1 tbsp of fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 200 g of minced beef
  • 2 cloves of garlic, crushed
  • 1 small of onion, finely chopped

Method

  1. Step 1

    Combine all the ingredients (except the flatbread, tzatziki, tomato and red onion) together and form into small balls.
  2. Step 2

    Fry in a little oil until coloured all over.
  3. Step 3

    Place into the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
  4. Step 4

    Serve on a warmed flatbread with tzatziki, sliced tomato and red onion.
