Ingredients

  • 1 cup of almond milk
  • 0.5 pineapple
  • 1.5 cups of spinach
  • 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbsp of lemon juice
  • 0.5 cucumber
  • 1 stick of celery

Method

  1. Step 1

    With a sharp knife chop spinach, cucumber, celery, banana and pineapple into similar square inch pieces.
  2. Step 2

    Place all of the ingredients into a blender, including the water and optional ice, blend for 30-60 seconds. Then add the lemon juice, half the almond milk and chia seeds. Continue to blend until smooth.
  3. Step 3

    Add the rest of the almond milk and blend until it’s very smooth
  4. Step 4

    Pour into a glass and garnish with a celery stick.
  5. Step 5

    Drink and enjoy.
