Ingredients

  • 1 handful of ice
  • 60 ml of prosecco
  • 60 ml of martini bianco
  • 1 sprig of mint

Method

  • Step 1

    Take a large wine glass by the stem. Grab a handful of ice. Go on, it's ok.

  • Step 2

    Top with equal measures (60ml) of Martini Bianco and Prosecco. For the love of bubbles, stir very gently.

  • Step 3

    Flick a mint sprig three times to release its flavour, and submerge.
