Ingredients
- 0.5 tsp of fresh ginger, grated
- 1 cup of fresh orange juice
- 1 tbsp of lime juice
- 1 mango
- 0.5 cup of fat free yogurt
Method
Step 1
Remove the skin and the pit of the mango and cut it into small pieces.Step 2
In a blender or mixer, blend the mango, add ¾ cup of the orange juice, the yoghurt, ginger and lime juice until it becomes smoother. Add a ¼ cup more of the orange juice until it is smooth.Step 3
Pour the smoothie into a glass. Drink and enjoy.
