This tropical Mango Morning smoothie is a great way to start your day and is best served fresh.

Ingredients

  • 0.5 tsp of fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 cup of fresh orange juice
  • 1 tbsp of lime juice
  • 1 mango
  • 0.5 cup of fat free yogurt

Method

  1. Step 1

    Remove the skin and the pit of the mango and cut it into small pieces.
  2. Step 2

    In a blender or mixer, blend the mango, add ¾ cup of the orange juice, the yoghurt, ginger and lime juice until it becomes smoother. Add a ¼ cup more of the orange juice until it is smooth.
  3. Step 3

    Pour the smoothie into a glass. Drink and enjoy.
