A juicy beef burger glazed in Tabasco and stacked with Mexicana cheese, spicy nachos and cooling lime spiked guacamole. Why pick between a burger and loaded nachos when you can have both? Stacking Mexicana Cheese and spicy nachos on top of a juicy beef burger provides a hot and spicy twist to a traditional favourite!Time and servings

Ingredients
- 1 large handful of spicy nachos
- 1 little gem lettuce
- 150 g of guacamole
- 2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
- 4 slices of mexicana cheese
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 4 burger buns
- 1 splash of large splash of tabasco
- 4 beef burgers
- 1 lime
Method
Step 1
Season your burgers and add to a pan with oil over a medium-high heat. After 5-6 mins, flip and splash each with Tabasco. Cook for another 5-6 mins, flip and add a second helping of Tabasco to each.Step 2
While the second side is cooking, add a slice of Mexicana cheese to each burger to melt. Meanwhile, toast each burger bun in a griddle pan over a medium heat for a few mins.Step 3
Squeeze the lime juice into the guacamole and combine before adding a dollop to each bun base.Step 4
Then add the lettuce, Mexicana cheese burger, onion, more guacamole and nachos. Definitely nacho normal burger!
