Our Jacket Potato Flight is a fun way to serve a delicious meal! Make four tasty toppings, from Tuna Crunch to Coronation Chicken.Time and servings

Ingredients
- 8 small-medium maris piper potatoes, evenly sized (about the size of a ping pong ball)
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 50g tinned tuna - Tuna Crunch topping
- 1/4 celery stick - Tuna Crunch topping
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise - Tuna Crunch topping
- 1/4 red onion, finely chopped - Tuna Crunch topping
- A pinch smoked paprika - Tuna Crunch topping
- 50-100g baked beans - Beans & Cheese topping
- A dash or tabasco (optional) - Beans & Cheese topping
- A dash Worcestershire sauce (optional) - Beans & Cheese topping
- 30g grated mature cheddar - Beans & Cheese topping
- 1 small cooked chicken breast - Coronation Chicken topping
- 2 tsp medium curry powder - Coronation Chicken topping
- 1 tsp mango chutney - Coronation Chicken topping
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise - Coronation Chicken topping
- 1 tbsp yoghurt - Coronation Chicken topping
- 1/2 tsp turmeric - Coronation Chicken topping
- ½ red onion, finely chopped - Cheese & Onion topping
- 50g mature grated cheddar - Cheese & Onion topping
- 1 ½ tbsp mayonnaise - Cheese & Onion topping
- 1 spring onion, finely chopped - Cheese & Onion topping
Method
Step 1
Heat the oven to 200°C/fan 180°C/gas 4. Tip the potatoes onto a baking tray, rub in the oil and some seasoning so they’re evenly coated. Bake for 50 mins - 1 hour until tender when pressed, and crisp skinned.Step 2
Meanwhile, make the fillings. Mix all the ingredients for each of the toppings in separate bowls. Season with salt and pepper.Step 3
Cut crosses into each jacket potato and put onto a board or platter. Fill two with each of the mix, side by side, and arrange each in a line like a flight of drinks.
