  • A dash or tabasco (optional) - Beans & Cheese topping
  • A dash Worcestershire sauce (optional) - Beans & Cheese topping
  • 30g grated mature cheddar - Beans & Cheese topping
  • 1 small cooked chicken breast - Coronation Chicken topping
  • 2 tsp medium curry powder - Coronation Chicken topping
  • 1 tsp mango chutney - Coronation Chicken topping
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise - Coronation Chicken topping
  • 1 tbsp yoghurt - Coronation Chicken topping
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric - Coronation Chicken topping
  • ½ red onion, finely chopped - Cheese & Onion topping
  • 50g mature grated cheddar - Cheese & Onion topping
  • 1 ½ tbsp mayonnaise - Cheese & Onion topping
  • 1 spring onion, finely chopped - Cheese & Onion topping

Method

3 steps
  1. Step 1

Heat the oven to 200°C/fan 180°C/gas 4. Tip the potatoes onto a baking tray, rub in the oil and some seasoning so they’re evenly coated. Bake for 50 mins - 1 hour until tender when pressed, and crisp skinned.

  2. Step 2

Meanwhile, make the fillings. Mix all the ingredients for each of the toppings in separate bowls. Season with salt and pepper.

  3. Step 3

Cut crosses into each jacket potato and put onto a board or platter. Fill two with each of the mix, side by side, and arrange each in a line like a flight of drinks.
