Ingredients
- 6 drizzles of mustard
- 1 tsp of sunflower oil
- 3 large of baguettes
- 2 large of onions
- 6 pork sausages
- 6 dashes of ketchup
- 25 g of butter
Method
Step 1
Peel and slice the onions to 1/8 inch thickness.Step 2
Melt the butter and oil together on a low heat in a large saucepan. Add the onions and cook slowly until the onions reduce and are a golden brown colour.Step 3
Bake the sausages in the oven at 180°C for 25-30 minutes.Step 4
Cut the baguette in half, fill with onion, sausage and relish as desired.
