Ingredients
- 7 ml of honey, mixed with 7ml hot water
- 25 ml of lemon juice
- 100 ml of belvoir elderflower pressé
- 25 ml of pineapple juice
Method
Step 1
Shake the Honey syrup, lemon juice and pineapple juice together and pour into the glass.Step 2
Top up with the Elderflower Pressé.Step 3
Garnish: Skewer with Honeycomb, Lemon wheel, Icing sugar.
