Ingredients
- 100 g of dried cranberries
- 3 drops of a few drops of vanilla extract
- 75 ml of maple syrup
- 15 ml of vegetable oil
- 1 bag of seed mix, 100g
- 150 g of rolled oats
Method
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 150 degrees.Step 2
Mix together the oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract and the rolled oats. Make sure they’re combined well, then spread on to a baking tray.Step 3
Bake for 10 minutes in a preheated oven at 150 degrees.Step 4
Remove from the oven, then mix in the seeds and cranberries and bake for a further 10 minutes.Step 5
Remove from the oven and let it cool.Step 6
Keep in an airtight container and use as required.
