Ingredients

  • 100 g of dried cranberries
  • 3 drops of a few drops of vanilla extract
  • 75 ml of maple syrup
  • 15 ml of vegetable oil
  • 1 bag of seed mix, 100g
  • 150 g of rolled oats

Method

  1. Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 150 degrees.
  2. Step 2

    Mix together the oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract and the rolled oats. Make sure they’re combined well, then spread on to a baking tray.
  3. Step 3

    Bake for 10 minutes in a preheated oven at 150 degrees.
  4. Step 4

    Remove from the oven, then mix in the seeds and cranberries and bake for a further 10 minutes.
  5. Step 5

    Remove from the oven and let it cool.
  6. Step 6

    Keep in an airtight container and use as required.
