Spook up your dinner with this Graveyard Chilli Bake! It’s a hearty, spicy chilli topped with playful tortilla graveyard shapes for a Halloween feast that’s as fun as it is delicious. Perfect for warming up on a chilly night and impressing your ghoulish guests.Time and servings

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1 red pepper, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 600g lean beef mince
- 400g chopped tomatoes
- 1 level tbsp chipotle chilli paste, or to your taste
- 0.5 tsp cumin
- 400g kidney beans
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 pack tortilla wraps
- Black cake icing pen (for decoration)
Method
Step 1
Heat oil in a large saucepan and fry garlic and onion gently for a couple of minutes.Step 2
Add the peppers and stir for a couple more minutes.Step 3
Put in the mince and cook until lightly browned.Step 4
Add chopped tomatoes, chilli paste and ground cumin - season with salt pepper.Step 5
Bring to the boil and simmer on a low heat for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.Step 6
Then put in the kidney beans and simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.Step 7
Cut and create fun Halloween shapes such as gravestones and ghouls with the tortilla wraps.Step 8
Write on the grave stones and add eyes to the ghouls.Step 9
Place the shapes on a non-stick baking tray and bake the tortilla chips until golden and crisp.Step 10
To serve pour your cooked chilli into a serving dish and add your tortilla Halloween shapes.
