Quick and easy to make, these delicious cookies are a great treat to accompany an afternoon cuppa! Time and servings

Ingredients
- 150 g of chocolate chips
- 3 whites only of 3 eggs
- 230 g of golden caster sugar ( or caster sugar)
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 40 g of dark cocoa powder
- 0.25 salt
Method
Step 1
In a clean bowl, whisk the egg whites until light and fluffy.Step 2
Add the vanilla extract, and then whisk in the cocoa powder.Step 3
Beat in the sugar and salt then fold in the chocolate chips.Step 4
Line 2 trays with baking paper, then spoon on 1 tablespoon of mix for each cookie.Step 5
Make sure you only put 6 spoonfuls on each tray and that they are spread apart as the mixture spreads further whilst cooking.Step 6
Bake at 160 degrees for 12-14 minutes.Step 7
Cool and enjoy!
