Ingredients
- 100 g of pistachio nuts
- 100 g of dried cranberries
- 200 g of milk chocolate
- 50 g of white chocolate stars
Method
Step 1
Melt the chocolate in a bowl over a pan of simmering water. Line some trays with non-stick baking parchment and spoon blobs of chocolate onto the paper set well apart.Step 2
Scatter a few cranberries, nuts and white stars over each and allow to harden. Remove the parchment and pop into gift boxes. Store in a cool place for up to two months.
