Ingredients
- 1 handful of basil leaves
- 2 packs of genius gluten free fusilli fibre pasta
- 1 spoon of creme fraiche, sour cream or dairy free equivalent
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 avocado
Method
Step 1
Bring a large pan of water to the boil, add a pinch of salt and cook the pasta for 5 minutes.Step 2
Blender, whizz flesh of 2 avocados, 1 clove garlic, 1 handful of basil leavesStep 3
Add a dollop of crème fraiche, sour cream or dairy free equivalent and season to taste.Step 4
Stir through cooked pasta.
