Ingredients

  • 1 handful of basil leaves
  • 2 packs of genius gluten free fusilli fibre pasta
  • 1 spoon of creme fraiche, sour cream or dairy free equivalent
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 avocado

Method

  • Step 1

    Bring a large pan of water to the boil, add a pinch of salt and cook the pasta for 5 minutes.

  • Step 2

    Blender, whizz flesh of 2 avocados, 1 clove garlic, 1 handful of basil leaves

  • Step 3

    Add a dollop of crème fraiche, sour cream or dairy free equivalent and season to taste.

  • Step 4

    Stir through cooked pasta.
