Ingredients
- 2 birds eye cod fillets in batter
- 0.5 lime, JUICE
- 2 soft taco shells
- 1 tbsp of salsa
- 1 bunch of rocket salad
- 1 tbsp of low fat plain yoghurt
Method
Step 1
First of all, put the fish fillets in your oven and bake by following the instructions on the pack.Step 2
When the fillets are almost ready, heat the tacos as per the pack instructions.Step 3
Prepare the rocket by tossing it with the lime juice in a glass bowl, adding a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.Step 4
Now it’s time to assemble the tacos.Step 5
Cover the tacos with the rocket, cut each fillet into 3 pieces with diagonal cuts and place over the rocket, then top with the salsa and yoghurt.Step 6
