Ingredients

  • 4 rashers of streaky bacon
  • 8 chipolata sausages
  • 1 tbsp of oil
  • 2 figs

Method

  1. Step 1

    Heat the oven to 180°C/160°C fan/Gas 4. Cut each rasher of bacon in half and stretch with the back of a knife. Quarter each fig.
  2. Step 2

    Lay the bacon slices flat and place a fig quarter on each piece. Top with a sausage and wrap up in the bacon .
  3. Step 3

    Brush with oil and place on a baking tray to cook for 20-25 minutes .
