Ingredients

  • 6 flat breads
  • 2 tsps of smoked paprika
  • 4 tsps of ground cumin
  • 100 ml of natural yoghurt
  • 1 red onion
  • 0.25 lettuce
  • 0.25 red cabbage
  • 2 tsps of chilli sauce, optional
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp of onion salt
  • 500 g of lamb mince

Method

  1. Step 1

    Finely dice the garlic, then mix all the ingredients thoroughly together.
  2. Step 2

    Place the mix into a loaf tin and press down evenly.
  3. Step 3

    Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
  4. Step 4

    While the meat cooks, finely shred the lettuce, red cabbage and the red onion and mix together well.
  5. Step 5

    Slice the meat into thin strips, then warm the flat breads and fill them with the meat and salad.
  6. Step 6

    Finish with a drizzle of yoghurt and chilli sauce.
