Ingredients

  • 2 tsp of garlic salt
  • 2 tbsp of black treacle
  • 400 ml of cider
  • 295 g of bbq sauce
  • 2 tsp of smoked paprika

  • 1.3 kg of boneless pork shoulder
  • 1 tsp of pepper

Method

  1. Step 1
