Ingredients
- 2 cups of rice, with a pint of water
- Bay leaves
- Methi seeds
- 1 tsp of salt
- Onion, small amount
- Ginger, small amount
Method
Step 1
Combine the rice, water, bay leaves, methi seeds, salt, a small amount of chopped onion, and a small amount of grated ginger in a saucepan.Step 2
Cook the mixture over a medium heat, letting the water evaporate and keep topping it up so it doesn't stick onto the pan, until it goes soft and creamy.Step 3
Remove from the heat and let it stand for a few minutes before serving.
