Ingredients

  • 1 dusting of cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 2 pieces of dark chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons of orange, and peel
  • 1 oat milk
  • 1 nespresso® compatible brazilian blend ristretto coffee pods

Method

  1. Step 1

Make your espresso any way you like using your Costa Nespresso® Compatible Brazilian Blend Ristretto Coffee Pods.
  2. Step 2

Pour the espresso (30-40ml) over 2 tbsps. of honey and 2 pieces of Dark Chocolate, stir until melted.
  3. Step 3

Using a knife, peel the orange zest and save it for a garnish later.
  4. Step 4

Warm up the milk for 60-80 seconds, or until it reaches 60 degrees if you have a thermometer.
  5. Step 5

Squeeze the fresh orange juice from the orange (about 2 tbsps.) into the milk, use a cafetiere or steam wand to froth the milk. *If you don’t have either, use your microwave or hob to gently heat the milk.
  6. Step 6

Grab the honey and decorate your favourite glass by smothering the honey around the rim of the glass.
  7. Step 7

Pour the warm milk into the glass, make sure to knock any bubbles out by gently tapping the glass on the surface.
  8. Step 8

Pour in the Espresso mixed with Chocolate and Honey and give it a gentle stir.
  9. Step 9

Dust with Cinnamon and finish with your Orange zest as a garnish.
  10. Step 10

    Take a sip and enjoy!
