Costa Coffee Chocolate Orange Latte

Ingredients
- 1 dusting of cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 2 pieces of dark chocolate
- 2 tablespoons of orange, and peel
- 1 oat milk
- 1 nespresso® compatible brazilian blend ristretto coffee pods
Method
Step 1
Make your espresso any way you like using your Costa Nespresso® Compatible Brazilian Blend Ristretto Coffee Pods.Step 2
Pour the espresso (30-40ml) over 2 tbsps. of honey and 2 pieces of Dark Chocolate, stir until melted.Step 3
Using a knife, peel the orange zest and save it for a garnish later.Step 4
Warm up the milk for 60-80 seconds, or until it reaches 60 degrees if you have a thermometer.Step 5
Squeeze the fresh orange juice from the orange (about 2 tbsps.) into the milk, use a cafetiere or steam wand to froth the milk. *If you don’t have either, use your microwave or hob to gently heat the milk.Step 6
Grab the honey and decorate your favourite glass by smothering the honey around the rim of the glass.Step 7
Pour the warm milk into the glass, make sure to knock any bubbles out by gently tapping the glass on the surface.Step 8
Pour in the Espresso mixed with Chocolate and Honey and give it a gentle stir.Step 9
Dust with Cinnamon and finish with your Orange zest as a garnish.Step 10
