Ingredients
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 10 clementines, peel and slice 8 into rounds, use only the juice of the other 2
- 2 tbsp of cranberry sauce
- 200 g of blue cheese, crumbled
- 170 g of watercress
Method
Step 1
Divide the watercress between 8 plates and top each with the fruit. Scatter on the cheese.Step 2
Whisk together the juice, cranberry sauce and olive oil; drizzle a little over each salad.
