Ingredients

  • 1 handful of ice
  • 20 ml of lemon juice
  • 50 ml of gin
  • 2 tsp of honey
  • 20 ml of orange juice

Method

  • Step 1

    Add gin and honey to a shaker and stir until the honey dissolves

  • Step 2

    Add the lemon and orange juice and top up with ice. Shake well.

  • Step 3

    Strain into a martini glass. Garnish with an orange zest twist.
