The combination of sweet succulent pears with a sharp and creamy blue Stilton makes for a great Christmassy combination in this impressive festive food decoration.Time and servings

Ingredients
- 3 whole of pears, sliced
- 120 g of rocket and spinach leaves
- 200 g of blue cheese
- 250 ml of blue cheese dressing
- 75 g of walnut pieces
- 50 g of pomegranate seeds
Method
Step 1
Toast the walnut pieces in a large dry frying pan for 3-5 mins, shaking the pan often until the walnuts are toasted. Once toasted place in a bowl and set aside to cool.Step 2
On a large serving board, arrange the rocket and spinach leaves in a wreath shape and dress with the pear slices. Crumble blue cheese over the top.Step 3
Scatter the pomegranate seeds and toasted walnuts over to finish.Step 4
Place the dressing in a serving bowl and place in the middle of the wreath.Step 5
Serve and enjoy.
