Ingredients
- 1 orange
- 20 ml of courvoisier brandy
- 1 cube of brown sugar
- 160 ml of prosecco
Method
Step 1
Pop a sugar cube into a champagne sauce then top with a splash of brandy.Step 2
Use a zester or speed peeler to peel thin strips of orange peel and add to the glass, if desired.Step 3
Top up with prosecco and enjoy.
