Ingredients
- 3 oranges, peeled and sliced into rings
- 150 ml of chocolate sauce
- 50 g of pistachio kernels, chopped
- 150 ml of crème fraîche
Method
Step 1
Cook the pancake batter as directed in our Basic Pancake Mix recipe, stack the cooked pancakes and keep warm.Step 2
To assemble, arrange a few slices of orange over the base of a pancake and fold into quarters. Top with a few more orange slices, scatter with pistachios if using, then add a dollop of crème fraîche and finally drizzle with chocolate sauce.
