Chocolate and Marshmallow Crispy Cakes

Ingredients
- 25 g of mini marshmallows
- 100 g of milk chocolate flavoured cake covering, melted
- 25 g of mini jelly sweets, to decorate
- 40 g of puffed rice
Method
Step 1
Place chocolate in a heat-proof bowl and place over a pan of gently simmering water. Stir chocolate until it's melted.Step 2
Place the melted chocolate, marshmallows and Rice Krispies into a large bowl. Mix together until everything is well coated.Step 3
Spoon into 12 paper bun cases and decorate with jelly diamonds. Leave to set.
