Chinese Vegetable Stir Fry

Ingredients
- 1 tsp of ginger, chopped
- 1 tsp of garlic, chopped
- 2 tbsp of soy sauce
- 1 onion, sliced
- 150 g of mushrooms, sliced
- 1 red pepper, finely sliced
- 1 green pepper, finely sliced
- 100 g of mangetout
- 0.5 chinese leaf, shredded (Pak Choi can also work)
- 120 g of noodles
Method
- Step 1Heat a wok with a little oil.
- Step 2Add the onion, mushrooms and peppers and fry for 2 minutes.
- Step 3Add the ginger and garlic, fry for a further 1 minute.
- Step 4Add the mangetout, Chinese leaf and soy sauce, continue to cook for 2 minutes.
- Step 5Serve with rice or noodles, garnish with chilli flakes and soy sauce.
