Ingredients

  • 1 tsp of ginger, chopped
  • 1 tsp of garlic, chopped
  • 2 tbsp of soy sauce
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 150 g of mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 red pepper, finely sliced
  • 1 green pepper, finely sliced
  • 100 g of mangetout
  • 0.5 chinese leaf, shredded (Pak Choi can also work)
  • 120 g of noodles

Method

  1. Step 1

    Heat a wok with a little oil.
  2. Step 2

    Add the onion, mushrooms and peppers and fry for 2 minutes.
  3. Step 3

    Add the ginger and garlic, fry for a further 1 minute.
  4. Step 4

    Add the mangetout, Chinese leaf and soy sauce, continue to cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Step 5

    Serve with rice or noodles, garnish with chilli flakes and soy sauce.
